We believe in supporting the communities in which we operate. IH Cares is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides need-based grants to current Island team members who are facing financial hardships caused by a natural disaster or unforeseen personal hardship. The aim of IH Cares is to positively impact the lives of our teams as well as their families and communities by reducing stress caused by significant, unforeseen, financial hardship.
